Tijuana Fulford is a visionary leader, author, speaker, and the creative force behind the Duality brand — a growing ecosystem built from the belief that we are not meant to live in one lane, but to honor every part of who we are.
A natural builder of spaces, experiences, and opportunities, Tijuana has dedicated her life to empowering others while also giving herself permission to evolve, expand, and create without limitation.
Her work lives at the intersection of purpose, healing, leadership, and transformation.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Tijuana is the Founder and Executive Director of The Butterfly Effect Project , a not for profit -youth empowerment organization serving hundreds of young people through leadership, mentorship, and life-enrichment programming.
At the heart of everything she creates is a single belief: We are allowed to be many things.
Duality is the understanding that strength and softness can coexist. That leadership and healing belong together. That ambition and peace are not opposites. That growth requires space for every version of yourself.
