Our Story
Duality Botanicals was created by Tijuana Fulford from a simple but powerful need — the need to pause.

As a working woman, a mother, a wife, a leader, and someone constantly pouring into others, she realized that time for herself wasn’t going to appear. It had to be created. What began as a personal ritual — brewing a cup of tea to center, breathe, and reset — became something much deeper.

Each cup became a moment of grounding.

A moment of coming back to herself.
